By confront, what do you actually mean. Heckle, disrupt, run to the front or a combination of all of them. Or simply the democratic way, put their argument under scrutiny?

  2. RickB Says:

Well Jim it’s up to the individual, I won’t dictate terms! Personally I would not disrupt the show but I would vigourously question any and all factual inaccuracies made by Griffin and ask him direct questions on his views on nonwhite Britons, migrant rights, women’s rights, ‘intermarriage’, Gay rights, Nazi war crimes and the Human Rights act and I would not wait for a BBC microphone before calling him on any lies or the racist code language he likes so much (eg Camp of the Saints Bullshit). I would also hold the other panel members and presenter to the same standard of genuine debate.
Bottom line ANY party whose policies necessarily deprive some human beings of their equal rights should be prepared to have their beliefs exposed and tested in informed, fact checked discussion. A major component of fascism (and neocons) is the ‘noble lie’ ie they will lie to achieve an objective as such appearances such as this should be used to test their propaganda in a robust way lest it be a tactical fib. If they will respond honestly they should not complain if they are not listened to. A no platform policy in media was always going to be difficult/impossible with the internet and multi channel crap, so adapt and overcome, we will fight them on the beaches etc.

PS. Also anyone who refuses to work on the show for ethical reasons should be respected and it will not effect their jobs.

You mean like the Muslim Labour MP who wants a Muslim Government here. Or the Muslim clerics who insist that the Muslim flag will fly over Downing Street.
I thought you believed in ‘no discrimination of any kind’ and yet here you are discriminating against a legal political party.
    So much for democracy.

  4. RickB Says:

Really? Care to substantiate those concepts with reliable peer reviewed evidence (as opposed to Caliphate Islamophobic fantasies and I assume this is because you believe in total separation of religion and state and would likewise work against Christian control of our institutions, shall we discuss removing the Royal Family from power as any good secularist should) which Labour MP? Where was that said? Put up or shut up, which is the thrust of my previous comment, progressing an argument through insinuations and unsubstantiated accusations does not deserve a place in honest discourse.
Where did I discriminate? Asking the BNP to be honest about its beliefs? Calling that discrimination sort of indicates a certain touchiness, as if there might be things they want hidden, now why might that be?
