    Ranks right up there with the raping of the Commons by the Enclosure Act…in a sense the wealth transfer out of the public tax coffers to the banksters amounts to a repeat of the Enclosure Act,only staking a preemptive claim on any future public assets. Another triumph for the Good Old Reptile-minded among us.
